How can I buy something in The Steamworks Menagerie?

I've always want a couple of items here,but didn't know how to buy :/

you need to purchase steamworks trinkets

You need steamworks trinkets to buy from there.

Go there with the trinkets in your inventory, then click Turn In Trinkets. Then you can buy stuff. :]
