how do i get a sticker collection/ album and how do i put stickers on pets (not sure if thats possible :/ )

You can access you sticker collection via the Games page. You can't put stickers in them yourself, you need friends to do that for you. You also can't put stickers on pets, but you could put them in their treasure chests, for example.
