The priggle is rather cute... It has inspired me to draw a chibi priggle XD I wounder if the pet creation staff is ever going to hire new people for new ideas. Though I know I wont be concidered because I dont have the right stuff for making pets.

I am limited to sketchbook drawings... Though some of my artwork IS posted on my profile. I am still holding out hope... I am going to wait for the priggle potions to come out. I like the black and white one better than the common colored one.

Does anyone else ever draw pet ideas? I have bunches of drawings. I even have art that me and a friend came up with. XD I wish I had gold account or I'd adopt one asap! I can't wait to see more art done for the priggle.

I will post this as soon as I can get it scanned. Tell me your thoughts? What do you predict will be done first? I pridict the common colors will be done then the other colors next.

I think the majority of common colors are already drawn. I know for sure Twilight, Sun, Dawn, Twilight and a couple of others are... After common colors, I think they'll come out with Glade, since it's the newest color, and a popular one at that.

[EDIT] And to the other parts of the post: I never draw pet ideas (or anything) but they do hire artists from time to time. In fact, they recently hired a couple.

Ahh. XD I guess its just me who draws pet ideas for sites. Too bad I can't afford to get the stuff I need. I am planning on taking an introduction to computer animation class. The local collage near me offers it so this fall is when I will start it. I hope I will have to buy a tablet cause then I will be able to get it and take it off my taxes cause students get to do that XD

I personally don't think I am very good at drawing, but everyone else says I am rather good. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my artwork so I suppose I am not being fair to my self. But no pet sites will ever hire sketchbook artists because to translate sketch to the required format takes time. So they prefer you to have the required programs and such when you submit the artwork.

That is what I have seen and have been told so meh... I guess I just gatta save laugh I am cheap thats what I am XD My parents when they were alive were not good with money so I am dertermind not to be unwise with my money. So it makes me irritated when my currant skill requires more than I have because that means saving, cutting unnessary things and planning.

Whats wrong with paper and pencil?! Our forefathers did it and they were happy! I do so love drawing though. When its slow at work I keep a sketchbook handy so between customers I can draw. I get odd looks sometimes from browsers cause I think that they think I am not paying attention. XD just the other day someone tried to steal one of the candles from our shop. The poor fellow bolted and not expecting me to give chase ran around the corner and then just started walking.

I didn't press charges BUT I got the candle back. Never underestimate a guy with a sketchbook! I have super powers laugh But seriously I can't wait to see what else they do with this new pet. If they do a glade one I wounder if they are going to do flowers on its back? There are so many possibilities... I CAN'T WAIT! laugh

Subeta has lots of non-staff artists, so you're far from alone. :) As said, they did recently higher new members for staff though.. four or five of them, I believe.

If you get your tablet or become experienced with digital art, maybe you could try taking commissions or making yourself a couple of pet overlays- they're pretty popular here!

You could try selling/giving away traditional art too, but that's rarely ever as popular as digital.
