Ohh, actually you get a choice, sorry I should have asked at the time, but I would have remembered to ask before I started ^^;

you can have flatcolour, the shading on your chibi (sort of scribbly) or the neater shading kinda like this only it'll look better than on that picture cause that picture is fairly old :P
