how come the free shop is NEVER stocked when i go there??

It only stocks while a giveaway is going on - there'll be an announcement in the news when we have another one.

Also, giveaways are few and far between, so don't rush on every day hoping to see one :P

The only time I've ever known anything to be in there since i joined was for about a week during Christmas time.

Aye, there was one during some of the Chr- Luminaire season :P

But yeah, they don't happen often.
