Its probably a super sekret forum for just the mods/ua's and stuff.

It was probably an announcement that is no longer in effect so they got rid of it to not confuse anyone ;)

It probably doesnt exist any more, especially since the forums were redone. I would assume that all the older posts eventually get deleted and removed from the site.

Probably deleted. The first thread was super old, after all, I bet... Maybe it was an announcement saying that the forums are open or something?
