Personally, I'm kind of happy there's no sticky for TC help boards. |D They don't get many responses as it is, so it would just be a giant mass of "I can't think of anything, sorry. :( Can someone help me with mine?"

Well the fact that he's always reading, makes me think of the bookmarks, Snowfall Print Bookmark.. maybe? (Seeing as he's Glacier.) There's also Stories of Old, or Subeta History?
