Edit: Fuck I Ramble XP

Ok I have never posted anything like before or done any type of thread like this... so it's a new beginning...yay xp I hope I did everything right.

Anyway I am attempting to better myself with drawing and I figured I could use some new practice and new subjects since I find myself drawing the same things over and over which is fine but I thought I'd give something new a try.

I am or can be picky somewhat with certain things... so if I am not comfortable with your HA you may need to adjust it.

Guidelines

These will be uncolored sketches 1.Keep your avatar relatively simple...It can be interesting just don't be covered from top to bottom so I can hardly see your shape.

2. I won't draw backgrounds so I'd prefer you remove them (unless I give you the ok and it's rather simple)

3. I have a lot of trouble with feet so I might not draw them x.x Also I sometimes have problems with shorter hairstyles Oh and poses XD I can't really seem to get out of the same types of poses.

4. I draw mouths and noses small and I often don't do expressions much (I just don't understand them)

5. I take liberties when I draw some designs so certain things might be altered because of various reasons, sometimes it's because I find it easier other times it's to make it more interesting.

6. I don't have really a preference with drawing either gender, though I am maybe a bit better with females?

7. No bitching

8. Oh and my scanner sucks... xp

9. Please provide a reference if you do not ask for your current HA. If you do ask for current HA I will draw the one you have at the moment when I see it.

Now the only thing I ask if you do want a drawing and you get one, is you at least tell your opinion on it. You don't have to grade it on skill necessarily or critique it exactly or even tell me if you don't like it if you don't want (XD I'll understand).
Just honestly tell me what you think of it. Such as did it turn out as you expected? Do you think I changed too much, does it remind you of someone elses art (etc)? Just really any extra comments, I would very much appreciate as much depth as your willing to explain... I am doing this to try and improve.

Ah thank you, I appreciate the commentary. Sure I will draw her for you. I have never done braids actually so it would be good to practice. I'll alert you when it is finished.

Corru:Thanks for the reference, I will see what I can do. Luckily thats not too short a hair, and I like that style anyway so I don't mind trying it.

As far as comments, I am open to any really since I like feedback but the only one like required I guess would be for the one for that specific person. Edit: Art It's sort of a blend of the avatar you had for reference and a bit of your current. I actually forgot about the black make-up, though I was also worried I would have butchered that part. The hair also turned out a bit different. xp

Very nice! Great job considering most other people have offered females to draw and so I'm always wary of how a male will turn out, but you've done a good job here.

The proportions are good (0.5 of height below waist, 0.5 above) although the head could perhaps be a little smaller (but not by much, or maybe it's just all the hair!). A qualm would be the sheer skininess: if you look at a real body (if realism is what you're going for) the waist never reaches so slim a profile as you've given it, my waist and hips almost as wide as across my chest - guys tend to be quite straight up and down.

Regardless, it is a good drawing and I am very thankful to you for producing it (and so fast!)

Thank you for all the commenting. :3 I really need to work on my head sizes, since I did notice I have been drawing them a bit larger than I want, especially some of the past I've done here. Yes, that avatar did turn out rather skinny, I guess overall I do not mind that for being quite realistic or not. Since skinny waists are just something I seem to always go for. But yes, overall males do have a much more straight torso so thank you for still pointing that out. And yes the hair haha, I guess I did lengthen it a bit like that too now that I look at your avatar more. xp
