now i know when people say my friend they usually mean them...well not this time...first off no this user was not the victim of hacking,she was a victim of her own memory...you see in an effort to give herself less to remember she used the same password for her email as she dose for subeta,big mistake...so is there another way for her to get back on? she has one pet left to finish and is bugging the **** out of me,so i would ask,or shoukd i just tell her to cut her losses and make a new account and start over?

I would suggest for her to file a ticket (she is still able to access the Help page even if she's not logged in) and explain the situation (give as much info about the account to prove it's hers). Under no circumstances is she allowed to make a new account.
