Okay so, please don't tell me how terrible my anatomy is... I am MORE than fully aware. I am just looking for color suggestions. I have no clue what color I should make this. I think I only want to do 2 different colors. One for the detail (swirls) and another for the main color. Examples of the color(s) you are suggesting would be totally awesome! oh, i think they would look cute in a mango orange and light green, but that is just me... what kind of scheme are you going for?

I have no clue I just know that I don't think that natural animal fur colors would do it justice. Both of your suggestions sound really good :D

You can go by complimentary colors, tetrads... you can change how bright the colors are, etc. I like something fun, like neon green, pin and purple might be neat, but that's up to you!

Light yellow with pink or bright blue go together well.

Or how about doing different shades and tints of the same color?

I am still undecided on the color(s) I haven't had the time to try out any of the suggestions yet, but I hope to get the chance to do so sometime soon. Because some of them sound just precious!
