The shower downstairs wasn't working so my mom hired a plumber. I felt this urgent sense to go check the upstairs bathroom, but I thought it was because I had to go to the bathroom. Right when I walk in, I saw my cat going towards an open door to the pipes and stuff in the basement - the plumbers had been checking it out and kept the door open. When my cat heard me, he ran in and I caught him and dragged him out before he fell into the hole.

It's just super weird that I felt an urge to go check the bathroom before this all happened. If I hadn't, he would have fallen down two floors and either gotten stuck or possibly died.

Have you ever experienced something like this?

Wow. Lucky break. Hmmm...nothing like that has ever happened to me, I never sense bad things that might happen. I do have this thing of sensing that someone is nearby, though.

It just feels so weird. xD

Like I have some sort of power or something. :P

YES. When I was younger I had this rat cage in my room with 2 rats in it. It was on top of a dresser so it was really high off the ground. One night I heard a little thump in the dark. I heard thumps from them ALL the time and this one sounded normal. But I got the weirdest feeling that something was wrong. I turned the light on and found that one of the rats had somehow gotten out of the cage and fallen all the way to the floor. Two of the cats were crouching there stalking her too.

Luckily I got her back in. :P It was really weird though.

My friend got a call from her mom today asking if she was alright.

She had just been crying about 5 mins before that. Her mom lives about 8 to 10 hours away. I thought that was weird but sweet.
