I think they mean get rid of them, without making a profit. Donating wouldn't get you into trouble, the rule is mainly to stop people who got loads making millions out of it.

Keiti, no. The problem is that there are too many out there, and there are extras. They don't want them to be extras because there'd be (as example) 2000 given, but only 1500 answered the trivia right. You need to fill a ticket, indeed. :)
