to fill out a ticket on a friend's behalf? I ask because i admit someone was already nice enough to try and help us cause my friend is having a few password issues sue to using the same password for here and for the email she used to sign up here amd...well,,,she forgot it.if it is possible...and won;t get me in trouble i'll fill out a ticket for her,and if not would yt be possible for her to contact you all through an alternate email in order to regain the lost info?

She should send an email to [email protected]. Someone will be able to directly help her with her account.

If she can't enter her email, I'm sure she can't send the email. ^_^; I'd suggest to fill a ticket, so she can be contacted through another email, or maybe creat a new email and then send the email to [email protected]?

she can not use her old email...you see she used her email password for her subeta one as well and well...she forgot it,but i will bring up the idea of her making a new one to fix the issue,thank you both
