So I was trying to purchase some CSC today through paypal and I continually have gotten this message, I've tried logging into my account seperately and that works however I cannot make the purchase through the cash shop.

It seems to have corrected itself :)

I think it might have been an error on Paypals behalf, because a similar error message occured when I was purchasing something (or trying to) from a different company.
