I've found a few names that I'm really interested in, and the accounts are over 10 months old. I heard that inactive accounts/petnames got cleared every 8 months. The last clearings have been within the last 2 months, so why did some names not get cleared ?

Are only a certain amount of accounts cleared out each time ? Or is it just random accounts instead of all of them ?

I believe an account has to be at least a year old to get cleared. I assume every 8 months they clear those that have reached that point in time, but if the account was 11 months old it'd have to wait another 8 months. I'm not quite sure about that last bit though.

Frozen accounts are cleared at 8 months.

Inactive accounts, are cleared after a year.
