For the past day and half I've experienced horrible lag here. I've cleared out my Cache, cookies etc. but it's still really, really slow. Takes 2 minutes to do a quest. I have G5 cable for my internet and all other sites are extremely fast. Was just wondering if anyone else was dealing with this. I don't even want to bother questing.

I've been having the same lag problems. I think it might be because so many people are moving items around for donating to the reading drive? Dunno.

Who knows. I thought by moving to the new servers it was supposed to help with "killer" lag (alx posted that) etc. At least there hasn't been downtime, but the lag is awful

Yes, painful lag. I don't see any 15 Point Wizard Tokens in my future... or 10. Argh.

Surprisingly, not a lot, considering my brother's downloads are making the rest of my internet slow.

Weirdly enough, Subeta is going the fastest for me. I did Wizard Quests about an hour or two ago and I only got three 10-point tokens; the rest of the prizes were either 15-point tokens or items. :o

I just came here to ask this question, I didn't even get all my quests done that I wanted to do.

Yes its about a minute lag as thats how much time I have to wait after buying an item in a shop before I can click got the item on the quest pages. I'm hoping the lag will vanish too once all the bugs and what not are ironed our from moving to the new servers. But at other times the site speeds up so something is slowing it down at certian times.

I hope it gets better too. Didn't get time today to go over to Twitter. Hardly have any time on here like I'd like. Have to share the computer with the hubby :(

Mm, it's not slow for me now actually. But earlier today when I did my quests a few hours ago it was slow too, until the site went down for the host or something, and now it's not lagging anymore.

Lag is gone for me as well. Earlier tonight when I was questing and vending it was brutal, but it's not so bad now.

I'm getting terrible random lag, it will be great for a little bit and then BAM! can't do anything. This has been going on for me ever since we switched to the new awesome servers

Same, the lag is evil. Especially when trying to turf in large volumes of books to the drive. Hope they sort it soon, it does seem a little better for me now.

Indeed, it is lagging quite a bit more than I like. But I'm sure it'll get fixed once the Reading Drive is over. Perhaps that's what's causing it.

This is now addressed in the news.
