A scroll is what you read to your pet so it can learn a spell. Scrolls are made in the Secluded Shrine located in the Sacred Lands or can be bought already made from other users. There is also one scroll sold in the Millionaire Center. The amount of spells you have is only limited by the amount of Alchemy Points(AP) your pet has. You get Alchemy Points by reading books to your pet, using stat boosters and playing the spindles game. Every 16 intelligence points equals 1 Alchemy Point.</p>
<p>When you go to make a scroll in the Secluded Shrine the different scrolls each have a level. To make the higher level scrolls you need more Alchemy Points. Every 5 Alchemy Points equals 1 scroll level. So to make a level 3 scroll you need to have 15 AP. The Secluded Shrine looks at your active pet to see how many Alchemy Points you have. You can see every book in Subeta by going to SubetaHQ. It also has a handy checklist feature so you can keep track of what books your pet has read and what books it still can read.</p>
<p>There are no restrictions to the kind of spells you can have. If you had enough Alchemy Points you could have 10 freezing spells or 10 healing spells. You can only use one spell at a time in battle so it would be pointless to equip more then one of the same multi-use spell. There are situations where it can be very useful to have multiples of the same once per battle spell. <p>You need to have at least two multi-use spells equipped to your pet if you are going to use any once per battle spells or all your spells will disappear for the duration of the fight and are replaced by a single dark spell.
