While Volare and te Princess were talking, Fryth was moaning as she got up finally, she was holding her back in pain arching over. She then flinged herself backwards and with a mighty click, she sighed in relief as the pain slowly melted away. She then glared at the guards and when she looked over at the two talking she noticed Andreios and shot him a quick glare also. She slowly made her way over the two while cursing under her breathe about the guards. When she saw Volare hold her hand out and apologuise she took her hand and shoke it softly, "Yeah well i've had worse bumps than that I suppose."
:3
Sephiria smiled. "Well...I guess I should be going... it was nice meeting you guys." She said, then turned around, headed back to the castle, Andreios following, glancing behind them slightly as if he expected the two foreigners to get into more trouble.
Memento Mori~
Such a weak handshake. Volare had always thought that you could tell a lot about a person by their handshake. Volare's strong grip had been practiced and designed specifically to tell others to be wary, whilst still not giving everything away; she didn't want them underestimating her, yet she wanted the possiblity of surprise that her size and age gave her when in a fight.
She watched the Princess leave, yet watching Fryth on her peripheral vision. Part of her, the street rat part, told her not to trust the Dragon girl. Once Sephiria was out of sight, she turned on the other foreigner once more.
"What are you hiding?" she hissed. "Why do you get my back up so much? Why is it so difficult for me to trust you? Sephy may be naiive and trusting, but I'm not; I've lived on the streets for far too long. Explain yourself," she demanded. Her hands on her hips, her little fingers brushed the sheaths of the Fireflies slowly, lovingly. She was ready to use them if needed, but she hoped it wouldn't come to that. Even in the now dark square, she couldn't garantee that they'd be free from watchful eyes.
Fryth had a lazy look in her eyes as she watched the princess leave and even as Volare demanded she spill it her lazy look didn't leave. She stared blankly at her dim features, only a single old street lamp illuminated them both. She then glanced at her twitching finger tips as they danced on her weapons. Fryth, being rather lazy at this time in the day, put her arms up behind her head and leaned her head back on them. With a great sigh she spoke, "I don't have to tell you anything." She said bluntly, she looked in the direction the princess went and then back at Volare, "But if you want to start something over nothing be my guest." She brushed past Volare as she started walking in the direction of Sephiria. She knew very well that she was a choosen one and she knew the feeling that Volare had before the cart mishap, and within the small amount of time of being round the two had come to the conclusion that all three were choosen ones. She had a plan.
:3
Spinning as the Dragon girl pushed past her, Volare frowned. She glared at the retreating back, a low growl easing its way from inside the barrier of her gritted teeth. Why did this girl make her so angry? Slowly, she forced her hands away from the Fireflies, a sigh escaping her lips. Then she raised one foot after another, finding it strangely difficult, and followed Fryth in the direction the Princess had gone.
It was like walking through jelly, or something similar. Part of her felt that she just couldn't let this foreigner disappear from her sights, but the other part felt torn from the direction she should be going in; back towards the Phoenix region. she didnt' belong here, and the streets were harder to theive in than they were in her own city. Yet she couldn't let Fryth leave her sights.
Slowly, a burning pain started on the left side of her face, curling down her neck and twisting around and down her back, round her belly button. It felt exactly where her tattoo of flame was, the one she'd been born with that clearly wasn't just a birthmark. She'd often thought there was a reason for it to be there, but after the death of her father, she'd given up believing in anything other than her own intuition. And her intuition told her hoping was pointless.
The slow pain began to heat up, feeling as though it gained speed, snaking its way over her body and burning, now, with the intensity of fire. It wasn't the first time she'd felt this, but this was the worst it had ever been. Gasping aloud, she dropped to the ground only a few metres from the Dragon girl, hating herself for appearing so weak. What was this? Her whole back felt like it was on fire, as did the left side of her face and a small part of her stomach. She cried out in pain, snapping her mouth shut immediately after. She didn't want to cause a scene.
Fryth heard the faint cry of pain from the Pheonix girl and turned her body towards her. Her eyes widened slightly and as she approached her, as she placed a hand on her left shoulder it was clear that she was over heating. She pulled her hand away from her instantly. She shot her head up and looked in both directions not knowing what to do. She was an assassin not a nurse. As Volare's tempurature refused to drop she started to panic. She looked in both directions once again and in a clumsy flush reached in her bag tied round her waist and pulled out a bottle of water. She quickly poured the water on her shoulder, also pouring it down her whole left side. A slight flash of concern was on her face. Even though she acted cold towards Volare, she had come to somewhat like her. She reminded her of Fryth's younger sister, plus Fryth never stuck with anyone for more than 10 minutes. "Hey. Hey you alright now?" Fryth said shaking her slightly by the shoulders.
:3
Steam rose up from Volare's shoulders and the water was poured on her, but her back slowly started to cool. She stared blankly up at Fryth, her eyes shining a disturbing red. She slammed her hands down on the ground, pain still simmering on her back, but less so now. A slight indent was left in the ground. She looked up into the Dragon girl's eyes.
Slowly, Volare nodded. A stinging pricked in her eyes and she thought it might be tears; she hadn't cried since her father's death and didn't remember what it was like. She didn't realise it was the disturbing red fading from her eyes, the purple storm that normally inhabited them returning. She nodded again, standing up. The pain disipated, but her mouth felt dry. "Thanks. Can I have some of your drink?" she managed to croak out, a slight smile crossing her face.
ooc: black just wondering, why are you suddenly calling Follow Fryth? She was called Follow before, but her cover name was Fryth. I call her Fryth because that's who Volare thinks she is. Also, Follow doesn't know Volare's name, still.
Sephiria had thought she heard something and turned around but she was far enough away from teh foreigners to where she couldn't see them and sighed, turning back to the road. ~ Andreios watched her as well as thei surroundings, feeling something wasn't right as if something or someone was going to jump out of the shadows and attack them, though it wasn't the first time he'd felt like this, ever since the wars started he had been having this feeling, maybe it was because of Sephiria's position as princess and his axs her body guard put him more on edge than normal, or maybe it was hidden intuition at something of the unknown he didn't know, and frankly it bothered him a little while he walked beside his charge.
Memento Mori~
A shadow moved through the streets of Dipan, darkness shrouding the figure as if it wasn't there. It wasn't. It was. Yet it wasn't. It was complicated. As Abbadon's second in command, the shadow could just slip in and out of this world with ease, back into the darkness, or stay here in the light. Although it was dark, it was bright compared to what the shadow was used to. It wasn't a shadow where it came from. It was Ex Sanguis.
Ex Sanguis stopped, watching as the Princess turned back and looked down her street. She was almost back at her castle, and Ex found it difficult not to jump out of the shadows he half belonged to and snatch her out of the night. It would be simple enough to grip her wrist and drag her into the dark where he came from. Well, compared to Andreios' efforts against him, it would be. Yet those were not his orders.
Ex's orders were to watch and report. Watch and report, watch and report; was that all he ever did? He wanted to take control! Abbadon would never get anything done this way. Frowning, a low growl, inaudible to the living, escaped his lips. This frustrated him. He went back to observing the Princess. Watch and report, watch and report.
Sephiria soon reached the castle, walking through the gates, towards the main doors of the castle, so she could speak with her parents and then go to bed for she was starting to become tired.
Andreios had nodded to the guards, a silent warning to them to keep an extra watchful eye at the gate, knowing that something was about to go wrong though he didn't really know as much as it being intuition.
Memento Mori~
Watch and report.
Was that all his master deemed him worthy of? Why was Abbadon messing around with these silly children? They weren't a threat. Flitting into the Dark briefly, Ex didn't stay long enough for the evil God to ask him what was going on. Or for him to hear Ex's thoughts. He flitted out again, becoming a shadow in the Light once more. This time, it was in the Princess' chamber. She didn't know he was there, couldn't see him in the shadows, but he could watch her. Just like Abbadon wanted.
ooc:I'm quite sure to be completely honest XD It's just easier seeing as thats what everyone is calling her. Don't worry she will tell them her real name eventually. P.s Sorry if its rushed but I'm in great need of a shower. ^ ^;
Bic: Fryth passed the drink bottle towards Volare and as she did she looked round the empty streets. Something wasn't right. Its like the feeling you get when you think someones watching you, but no matter how hard you look you can't find anyone. This made Fryth nervous. There were many side alleys almost endless thanks to the darkness of them. She looked back at Volare. She was very of edge now wanting to get going, she never liked staying in one place for long. She turned round quickly facing Volare a serious look in her eyes, "Ok Volare, your a smart girl and I need your cooporation with this ok. Its going to sound crazy but here gos. Princess Sephiria is in trouble and I know we only meet her today but its of great importance that we find her. Shes very naive and is quite oblivious to the outside world. Like i'm not sure if you picked up on it but Fryth isn't my real name. I have a strong feeling all three of us are connected in a way that I don't think we'll be able to understand. So we need to go now and find her." Ofcourse she was talking about the three of them being choosen ones.
:3
ooc: I'll take control of Abbadon -sama.... ^^ also you should know he's 17.....and all my friends seem to think he's hot.... sigh of annoyance if you guys want to know what he looks like I send you guys a smail with the pic in it ^^;
bic:
Sephiria walked inside her room, sitting on her bed, not really wanting to go to bed just yet so the night had only begun. So instead, she walked over to her bookshelf, pulling out a book of who knows what and silently began reading it, looking up every once in awhile because something told her someone was watching her...and not in the good way.
Memento Mori~
ooc: yes, picture please kit! also, that can work... Ex Sanguis can think that he's a stuck up kid or something, but still be forced to follow him. I hope you don't mind if I take libertees to describe some stuff about Abbadon's world and stuff... I feel really creative when I roleplay things like this. The Dark is Abbadon's world, the Light is the world where the Chosen Ones live and the Bright will be the world where the good Goddess that i've forgotten the name of lives :P black okay then, i guess that makes sense.
bic: Almost snatching the drink's bottle from the Dragon girl, Volare drank deeply. She listened to what the older girl said, all the time thinking that she was just a little bit deluded. Connected? Sephiria in danger? What a load of bull. She almost laughed.
Just humour her, Volare, she told herself.
"I'm not sure if you picked up on it, but Fryth isn't my real name," the Dragon was saying. No shit.
"Well, I don't know why you'd have a male Phoenix name," Volare laughed. "I did point soemthing out, but you weren't letting anything slip. So what is your name?"
not done...
ooc: I'd like a pic if thats ok ^^ And sorry for the bad post major block. T^T
bic: Follow chuckled at the news of her cover up name being a male name. "My real names Follow. But I think we should really get going now." She then turned and headed for the castle. The bstreets were dark and only a few lights were illuminating in nearby homes. It seemed very quiet and peaceful considering the war. It was a shame really seeing as Follow enjoyed travelling but because of the tension between contries it was quite hard getting over the border.
:3
Sephiria sighed, putting up her book once she realized how dark outside it was. "I guess I should go to bed now....." She murmered to herself, managing to find a pair of pajamas and began changing.
ooc: shit...I just realized that Abbadon's second in commands in there Oo
Memento Mori~
ooc: hehe... i wonder if i should make him watch her... sounds like a good idea to me :P could add some complications :P also, i hope you don't mind if i kind of describe her changing... it'll be a bit like pping, but i don't want it to seem that way. i wanna describe it from his point of view. would taht be alright? i won't do it until you say yeah or no.

bic: Regal cloth fell slowly, slinking to the floor. Orange sleeves slipped off lightly tanned shoulders, pink silk coming away to reveal a beautiful flat stomach. Frills of orange hit the floor, as if in slow motion, showing a soft, cotton bra underneath. Tan coloured trousers, lined with white fluff, were removed next, soft skin of lovely legs catching dark eyes.
The Princess' underwear was made of a soft black cotton. Her bra had white lace around the top. Dirty blonde hair hung around her shoulders, falling straight and beautiful, amber eyes lit up slightly. The happy face of the Princess seemed to glow as Ex watched.
Ex couldn't take his eyes off the Princess as she removed not only her clothes but her underwear; he felt a little disappointed when she found her nightclothes and put them on. And it wasn't only in his underwear that he seemed to react to this sight; his heart felt like it was beating far faster and an ache grew where you'd expect his heart to be.
Blended into the shadows where none of the Light could notice him, Ex Sanguis ran a dark skinned hand through thick black hair. His hair, longer than Abbadon's, fell down his back like an elegant shadow. He himself was like an elegant shadow, but for his age. At 16, Ex had aged far more in the past few years than he had in the 12 years before, but not in appearance, only in mind. It was what came of becoming Second in Command to the Lord of the Dark at the age of 13.
He gazed at Sephiria, watching her beautiful face, wishing for once that he could speak to her. He could join the Light world fully if he wished, but Abbadon would notice and that would be bad. Plus, he'd be attacked by the Princess' guards and it would be more difficult to escape into the Dark again. If only to talk to her... What was he thinking? Abbadon would kill him! So he remained silent, stayed in the shadows, and stared on.
Sephiria, once she was fully dressed in her nightclothes, thought a moment, getting the distinct feeling someone was watching her, but when she looked around, no one could been seen, course it was dark in the room with only the moonlight to light up the room through the balcony. She shrugged after awhile, laying in her bed and pulling the covers over her, falling asleep.

With a swift nod, Volare followed Follow towards the castle. Following Follow she thought, with a laugh. Sounded weird. She sped up to walk by the Dragon girl's side. "So tell me why you think Sephy's in danger?" she asked.
ooc: sorry its short, i really have no idea what to write...
Follow looked at Volare as she caught up and sighed knowing it was going to be a long explaination, " Ok well, before I came here I stumbled across a temble high in the mountains, higher than you would ever imagine. It had a myth craved into the walls, ceilings and floors of the temple. It spoke of 'choosen ones' and of 'great evil'. I didn't think much of it because most of the time these type of things are just myth. But I ended up spending weeks up in that temple, reading then re-reading every inch of it, just trying to understand." she glanced down at Volare briefly as her pace seemed to quicken. "Then, I think it was my forth week up there, it clicked." She looked once more at Volare with a serious stare and said, "Have you ever heard of Abbadon?"
