I purchased some cash shop credits back on June 1st, and have not received them yet. On June 5th I put in a ticket, and Turret responded saying that he would look in to it. This was 14 days ago, and so I am wondering if I should try to contact him or if I put in another response? I know that they've been busy with the move, so I haven't wanted to push anything. But I can't help but think it may have been forgotten.
How did you pay? With Paypal it should be instant...and as for the ticket, I would enquire as to what's going on with the ticket if it's been 14 days with no word on what's happening... =/
It was with PayPal, with my Visa card. If I put a response on the open ticket, will it notify the persons working on it?
I would respond to the open ticket. It might have gotten buried in a pile and Turret forgot (it happens to everyone!). If you respond to the one you have open now it should notify the UA that someone has responded.
