no, but you only receive those from quests when you're on a quest for shinwa, then you turn them into her in exchange for one of her weapons or stat boosters. and they're not hard to come by so it's not worth much at all...

Its worth about 150k - 200k

Most people dont sell them, they just give them in to shinwa, hence why the price is stupid o_O
