I was wondering how long it takes for tickets to be assigned to a staff member. The few tickets I have filed in the past have been assigned very quickly, but the ticket I submitted yesterday has yet to be assigned. Could anyone tell me if that's normal, or if there's a chance there could be something wrong with my ticket? I'm a little concerned because it's about a missing item.

There's probably nothing wrong with your ticket. It's normal to have tickets take a while to get assigned. I submitted one yesterday and it hasn't been assigned yet either.
Hello, don't worry, the ticket went through. User Administrators play the same site as users so we're getting the same lag as the users were yesterday. They're also quite busy so it may not necessarily have been an issue with the tickets and not answering but many user administrators have quite a few tickets to answer at once as well as real life obligations so they may not be automatically answered all at once.
