This would be Pyramid Head Valtiel. He's based upon my very favorite monster from Silent Hill, and his treasure chest is very, very empty. So what should I put in it? I'm mostly looking for items that would have ties to Silent Hills 2, 3, Homecoming, and the movie. So far I have:
