1. Can I do more than one account for me on Subeta?

2. If my bf want to play Subeta too, can we use the same IP?

1. Only one account per person is allowed.
2. Yes, you can, although it might be wise to file a ticket before he signs up to let the staff know that two people are going to be using the same IP. That should prevent any confusion.
