I finally got my mom to switch to Firefox instead of using Internet Explorer. xD

Everytime I brought it up to her before she would always say how horrible she thought it was and how it went so slow. Well, after that little IE loophole that happened a couple of months ago I've really been trying to get her to switch since she has alot more important stuff on her computer than I do mine. x.x

And finally, this morning I got her to do it. Apparently she hated the Theme Add-on I had on my computer and that was what she thought it was going to look like always. xD After I showed her what the original layout for Firefox was and how you can pick a theme add-on if you want, she's been sitting there sifting through them having fun. x3 Goodness gracious.

So, anyone else have a stubborn parent that doesn't want to let go of all they have known? xD

That, and what browser do you use? o: Just curious. ^^

That's my mother. No need for the story. All she does now on the computer is go on youtube and watch her Novellas. ._.

I switch back and forth. I cannot let go of my beloved IE although most websites I go to work better with FF.

My dad still uses IE. It's not like he's stupid with computers or anything either, he's actually an IT director. So he can build computers, troubleshoot them, writes programs, etc., but he still uses IE. It's really puzzling.

And I personally use FF almost exclusively. I've become far to used to Mozilla/FF browsers by now to bother switching when it still works fine.

Firefox mainly, and Safari on occasion. :D
