I wish Subeta had more holidays. I understand that during my hiatus we got rid of all real world holidays on the site? Not sure why.

But there seems to be tons of time in between holidays where the holiday shop is just kind of boring.

I really miss the real world holidays because it gave users a chance to get items that they could sell later for profit not to mentioln it's always fun to get new themed items.

Maybe if we could get more holidays on the site?

There have been great items from holidays like the bloomers and Citadel stuff. The French holiday items. The Father's and Mother's day plushies.

I didn't like how long the vesnali items were in the shop. It's the longest I've seen holiday items out.

I mean like I miss Father's Day and Mother's Day items. The Pirate Day and French day were fun with the items. I mean stuff like that. Not a holiday once a week or every two weeks and not even a big event, but like just holiday shop items and an announcement.

I like the space between because it lets me save up, and plus there is a reading drive going on 0_o. In real life you usually don't have holiday after holiday. Some months there are quite a few, but others you have a few months in between before theres a holiday. I'm sure already have their own holidays saved up for months to come.

Uh... our last holiday wasn't too long ago. Vesnali was pretty big.

We have another one planned for soon, but I'm not sure if we were celebrating 'real' holidays what we'd be putting out right now in the middle of June, anyway.

Vesnali was maybe a month or two ago. plus with the Reading Drive burning through my cash I am kinda happy there is no holiday

real world holidays don't come one after the other in quick succession, either, and i think "events" come quickly enough here. this year we've had the love epidemic, the masquerade, vesnali, and now the reading drive. naturally there has to be a little bit of downtime in between. just restock someplace else if all you're worried about is how interesting the holiday shop is.

I'm glad we stopped celebrating real world holidays... I love Subeta's own made ones, it's so much fun!!

I would have to say I prefer the subeta holidays to real world ones as far as the site goes..its much more interesting. I like the little stories behind them as well as all the neat items. and personally I thought the holidays were nicely packed in :) there's not a big lull between events..and they don't come too quickly one after another either.

I was rather disappointed at first when the announcement came that no more real life holidays would be celebrated. But now, I actually like that they made that decision. I also much prefer the Subeta holidays. It's something that all players enjoy, and not just the ones of a certain country. Don't get me wrong, I also loved the 4th of July, and Bastille day, etc, but Subeta holidays bring the entire userbase closer together, in celebrating something they all have in common, so to say.

We could go medieval and start having saints days like every other day. But ya'know that would get really old quick.
