Are you allowed post links to other places on the web? (Like nothing dirty, just say a funny video on a site that you want to share with the forums).

Also I have seen people using curse words, is that allowed?

And are you allowed to give your instant messanger/email address out? (I'm presuming that's a no)

All of that is allowed, however, I'd suggest caution in sharing email or messenger information.

It's all allowed, but use your discretion with the profanity. Subeta is supposed to be pg-13 (roughly), so some will obviously not be acceptable here.

People can swear in forum posts and on the shoutbox because the swear filter works there - Youtube videos linked on profiles shouldn't be sweary or overly 'adult', and swears aren't allowed in pet names or shop names.

Since Subeta is not Neopets where you get frozen because you have to fart you are free to post links here x3 But as the others said, try to keep it PG-13 :)
