Well, the layouts that come with the site can be changed if you go to the sidebar, Preferences from there, and then Site Layout. Or you can get premade CSS layouts from other sites such as SubetaHQ.

If you mean user or pet layouts, you can also get them from SubetaHQ.

For SubetaHQ, you have to sign up for user profile layouts. Not for the other graphics I believe.
