So I just bought 2000 CSC via Paypal and it says under my sP that I have 0 Cash Shop Credits. Why is that? Is there a lag or something?

It's not always instant. It's usually a few minutes (I bought 1000 CSC a few hours ago and it was right there), but sometimes it can take hours.

If you used eCheck (or whatever merits and eCheck) they have to wait for it to clear before they'll grant you the credits. If you used Paypal, it should be instant.

Give it a few more hours. If they don't show up in 24 hours, submit a ticket with copies of your electronic receipts ("thank you for your payment to Agoge" or something like that).
