Why locking when this can be useful to others?

A few cores sold for less than 100mil lately. There's a lot on site and Heiress is free to ask whaterver she wants as collateral but this dedinitly isnt worth 150m anymore. And it's someone who paid 200 mil for his who is telling you this.
