Draw me for CSC? or SP? Please?

I have one 1000 CSC and 2 500CSC but the 2 CSC are going to the trades for monies so I can offer SP which should give me about 15 mil in SP if I get what I want. I want 6 fullbody or 3 fullbody and 3-4 headshot-waist-ups of my current colorful avatar.
Preferably I'd like her to seem bouncy and happy with a childish composure or feel to her. She is aged about my age 16 and has a decent chest if you do draw her down to the dot of what I want. I love positions that seem active or fun like maybe jumping over or from something or a playful bent forward wave or wink. Just make it cute. Chibi art is also welcomed. I plan on using these in a profile as well later ( Since I'm not sure if I want to use Subeta HQ profiles if the site crashes often.) so anyways either post or mail your samples and prices and I'll say if interested.
Though if you want to make me something for my post here on the forums I can also pay for art for that as well. My avatar is dressed as my newest OC Lucia When it comes to being naturally a human, non-fantasy, but magically inclined character.

Figure: On the border of slightly chubby and decently thin (meaning baby fat is on her cheeks and legs)
Perosnality: Lucia is fun loving and a dreamer, she adores to sit around and picture the world as a happy place it really isn't. She is always trying to make those around her more then happy and life loving. Though she is bubbly and fun she is also a tad bit clumsy and foul mouthed. Not afraid to curse if she hurts herself or feels aggravated she will occasionally drop an F bomb if angered.
Loving to her her friends she tried not to over nurture them and over give to them. She has a fear of deep water and as a circus performer has no problem with heights and showing her true and false nature around others.
Occupation: Circus. Performer and Trapeze artist.
Bio: She left the circus about a year ago looking for adventure. While she is a very kind girl and loving she has to move from group to group or she gets bored. You could blame her circus life for that. She also wants to know what exactly happened to her parents and why she never really knew them that well. Not minding the life she was given she seems to express things in a very happy sense.
Lucia has never been one to really whine or get sad easily and dislikes it when people try to rain on her parade. She has two magical abilities she keeps to herself and seems to not want people really knowing of. Though she also blames her fear of dark water to be possibly caused by her parents death but she herself is unsure of it.
She has an obsession with standing at the edge of street corner sidewalks while it is raining and make faces at her reflection while holding a ragged and worn umbrella over her head.
Magical Powers: To cause minor rainstorms ( stronger the madder she gets) and Reflection of light (In other words she can make more illusions then the average likes to comprehend.)
Extra: She only wears her hat on sunny days with a 50% chance of lots of breezy winds. Yeah, weird, but your talking to a girl who wears the friggin spectrum on a daily basis.
