So far, all of this year's Melody Items are 'Special (150)' rarity, not 'Melody Item (115)' rarity.

I don't see any reason for this to be on purpose, so I assume it's just oversight.

Let me make sure it isn't like that for a reason, but I'll fix them if not!

These were r150 because if I had them as r115, they would have shown up (and spoiled!) in the item directory.

Once we know they don't show up in there, we'll make them r115 :D
