(rant ahead)

On my favorite pair of shoes.

Apparently, when my little brother went out to help my dad paint the picnic table, he was too lazy to go find his own shoes, and grabbed the first pair he saw---mine.

For one thing, WHY WOULD HE WEAR GIRLS SHOES?! Seriously? And for another, I'm practically twice his shoe size. Why not find his own pair that FIT? Oh, well, because he's lazy, that's why.

Anyway. He managed to get green paint all over them.

THOSE WERE MY FAVORITE PAIR OF SHOES. Besides that, they're the only pair that FIT. I'm not a shoe fanatic, I only have five pairs(I don't understand what people do with fourty pairs of shoes), but dangit, those were my FAVORITE. They were black-and-white with purple embroidery on the side and no laces and they were slip-ons that looked like tennis shoes adn omg I wore them EVERYWHERE. ;-;

But, because of my brother's laziness/stupidity/I don't even know any more, I now am lacking my favorite pair of shoes/any shoes to wear at all. At least he has to pay for a new pair.

Anyone else have storys of siblings who do just plain stupid things like that?

:( I'm sorry, guessing there's no way to remove it?

I'm an only child but when my little cousin was young he disappeared round the back of the sofa with an orange marker. You can probably guess what happened next.

Well I've got a 4 year old son.. and let me tell you, he is more than a handful of trouble. :) But it's amusing when I look back at it, haha.

I'm working on it, but it doesn't seem like it.

Oh geez, kids and markers. I've seen it happen so many times. Why do we even give kids markers any more? Seriously? xD

Well, this one is nine. So you'd think he'd have a LITTLE more sense. xD

I wear a different pair everyday ;) I love, love, love shoes. Some people collect rocks or paperclips or what-have-you. I collect shoes. Honestly, I have no reason to own a buttload of them, but they're sooo pretty xD

My brother has done many similar things to me over the years. All I can really say is that hopefully he'll grow out of it. Hey, you get a new pair of shoes out of the deal, hehe. -is lame-

My sister did almost the same thing ): my favorite stuffed animal when I was a little kid was this pure-white plush of a bison/buffalo. My sister somehow got her hands on a bright orange glitter marker and... yeah ):

Most of it did come off in the wash though, thankfully.
