So... What does the job difficulty REALLY tell us? Do you need a high level to be able to get the job, or just godly luck? I'm hell-bent on getting the SAI job, and won't settle for less. Is it all about probabilities or should I do something?

You need high int to get the SAI job. From what I've heard you need at least 500, then luck.

Very high intelligence + a whole lot of luck.

High intelligence. =) I think the people who have gotten the SAI job have had intelligence in the 500's and higher.

It's also what gets you promoted. =)
