I do HA art. If not HA, then I do need a visual reference. If you give me a description, I'll look at it, be like; WTF IS THIS, then just completely kill your mental image of the character.

No, I will not do it of a real person. Sorry- I don't feel comfortable working from somebody's actual face because I'll mess that up, too.
