1] Well preferably about a year. I've seen a trend of people quitting after a couple months of being incredibly active. 2] No, he's free to be rewritten. I'm only picky because I'm attached to the character he is now but I don't mind rewriting as long as the person plans to use him. c: 3] Well seeing as I'm nowhere near getting my GA medal, I'd say you have a good window. I haven't really got a deadline. Just once someone who strikes me shows up.
