Does anyone know how set the transparency on colors in Photoshop Elements 3?I can't seem to figure out how.

I think what you can do is toggle the transparency of the layer itself instead of just the color. I work with photoshop elements 3 all the time, and I don't know any way of setting transparency on colors. Are you talking about when you are using the brush tool? Fill tool? What exactly are you trying to do?
