Has anyone else absolutely LOVED the food at a specific restaurant? I know I absolutely love Kobe Japanese Steakhouse food. It was only recently, though, that all I ever wanted from there was the mushrooms and the zucchini to dip in their special white sauce. XD
So, I'm curious, what's your favorite food from a restaurant? It could be fast food, a nice sit down place, or even just something someone you know makes.
At this mexican cafe thing - I always get their taco salad. TO DIE FOR.
I love any restaurant with pasta. c:
That's why Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. Their spaghetti is orgasmic. <3
Its my ghetto pleasure... Applebees French Onion soup.
Aaaah my god. I can make some good french onion soup. One would assume, being a decent cook, and having an array of culinary tools at my disposal, I would be able to replicate, or at least be able to get close to Applebees frenoup, but that prepackaged, reheated soup is like crack to me.
... the rest of their food can be pretty foul, though.
If I had to pick ONE restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life, based solely on the food, I would pick the amazing local Chinese restaurant in my town. Almost everyone who works there is from one very rich Chinese family, and the food is authentic and healthy... they have the American-Chinese restaurant items most people expect, but after you've had the good stuff, its hard to go back to overcooked, oversauced General Tsos chicken and greasy fried eggrolls.
Its called "Great Fortune", but I love that place so much, I always refer to it as "Fuckin' Great Fortune". x3
chicken parmigiana RIBS SWEET AND SMOKEY RIBS I LOVE RIBS teriyaki beef and seaweed salad fresh vegetables but not the dumb "seasonal vegetables" side which year round is some kind of gourd and green beans :|
if i could just live off of beef and vegetables i would
I used to love going to Olive Garden because I adore their wedding soup and calamari BUT THEY DON'T HAVE WEDDING SOUP ANYMORE. WTF. Really though I love wedding soup anywhere, and I am fond of caesar salad. I love these two Japanese places near here, Fuji and Kiku, they both have really good food. Fuji has typical sushi/miso soup/salad kinda stuff, but Kiku has this awesome teriyaki chicken and sticky rice and potatoes. Oh oh and this Chinese place has really great beef and broccoli. Man I love me some azn food
