I'm asking for my sister since she doesn't have an account here. She's trying to make a Tumblr. She found a url that says "not found" when you type it in the address bar; but when she tries to sign up with it, it says it's taken by another user. I tried looking at forums and ask sites but the answers contradict each other or they aren't clear. Is the url available or not?

It could be suspended, that happens sometimes, or recently deleted.
