Well, it's about time I got a Forumtext and seeing as I would want some art for it, this is where you come in. I'm going to need my current HA drawn but along with the main HA I would need some minor add-ons.

Could the the rest of the blimp could be drawn (considering the item appears cut off) Also, I would like if some smoke could come out farther than the end of the blimp reaching towards the left almost as though it would be above some of the text.

Prices: I understand that this is somewhat complicated which is why I'll let you decide the main price of it. I was thinking somewhere around 5 million along with some items.
