Ya so i got back from a 3 day horse show!!!! I showed a horse ive never ridden before and came in 4th.

I'v never been to a horse show. But I have goats, lol. Congrats on your 4th place horse! :)

I used to ride back when I was I think... 12 or 13. I went to a couple small two-day shows and in each competition I came up in somewhere from 3rd to 5th place. Which wasn't bad, considering they were my firsts.

I miss riding though. There aren't many places to ride in SoCal without having to pay extremely ridiculous amounts of money /:

Ya I havent shown in two years but I think I am going to start. My horse is still kinda green though so we will have yo work on behavig better.

So much stuff to think about.

Ummm...well, my BEST story is that I came in second place in Central Florida for my flat class. XD I dunno if that means anything, but it does to me because I don't like to fall, and in the middle of the season, my horse took off and I fell pretty hard. Needless to say, I was disqualified for that particular class, but I came in first for almost ever other one. XD

Congrats on fourth, though! Especially if you're jumping! That's GREAT!

I've never been to show, but I used to ride back when I was in grade 7. I still rode occasionally until I fell off and splintered my humerus bone. After my accident, I've rode twice, but was scared both times.

I would like to ride again though :) Just need to find a good local barn.

lolwhut? So you jumped the bridge instead of trotting over it? Is that what you're trying to say? XD I'm not laughing AT you, I promise, it's just that stuff has happened to me like that before, so I can relate.

I fell so hard off of Al once that even the JUDGE who NEVER gets out of his little judge-box (he was older and very very serious) came out to make sure that I was okay. o.o Truefax right there.

Congrats! I show, too, mainly in dressage. But I do jump sometimes. I didn't even place during my frist show because I was so nervous, so you did great. (: Which class did you enter in?

I've been to about 4 schooling shows and placed fourth every time. Gr. Annoying. Anyways, I've stopped riding for a while now, but I miss it a great deal.

I have been to a horse show and they are so awesome! I dont have a horse though, but they are one of my favourite animals!! :) Congrats on fourth!

I was entered in a trail class. My barn owner and I were there because her club was putting the show on (the friesian association) and we went last year. She had ridden and placed fourth and fifth because her horse was acting up. Not fun.

It was a good show. i got to watch my friend ride and she lives in chicago. She only comes out once a year.

I am hoping to bring my standardbred next year. That is if she learns to slow down and not run around like a chickn with her head cut off.

I dont relly like dressage only because my horse doesn't like it. It is fun to watch though!

I've had the horses I'm going to show switched on me at the last minute and it always throws me off and I mess up. :P

I do Saddleseat shows and jumping competitions.

Lol Saddlebred, my friends horse (the one I rode) is afraid of saddleseat riders. Terrified!
