I've been doing her quests almost daily, however the value of each prize has been declining. Today, got a prize which is worth 1k. Will they keep getting lower or was this just a bad prize?

Well, I usually get some good some bad. She gave me pretty nice items, Mage Amulets, Shinwas Healing Potion and such, but I also got crappy things. It depends on if you wanna try it. Keep the single quests you do as cheap as possible, I always try to stay under 10k for each quest so most of the time it's worth it.

The one time I did her quest, I got :) Worth it for me.

I've gotten a gold laurel, but I've also gotten some items that weren't worth it. So it varies. I'd say it's worth it as long as you don't go overboard with spending.
