I bought a women's multivitamin (mainly for the calcium, but also because I don't eat very well to get the other vitamins) and wondered, is this entirely safe to be getting my calcium (and others) from?

I'm a tad paranoid about multivitamins and I wanted to know how it would really affect my system.

Well, if you cannot get it from natural things: then I have heard of others doing the same. The problem is some multivitamins can contain too much calcium for your sensitivity and create even more problems. I would ask your doctor if it's the correct strength for you.

That's the thing--I CAN'T go to the doctor. No insurance.

I should have just gotten the Flintstone gummy vitamins... :P They don't have too much calcium, for an adult that is.
