Has anyone here ever read that book? I'm reading it in English class. -sniffle- It's the most amazing, sad book I have ever read. ;-;

I finished it at something like 1 in the morning yesterday. And I BAWLED. I normally don't cry during movie/stories, but that book just got to me. D'8

My mom was worried I was sick, so she came into my room to find me hugging my pillow, crying my heart out. And all I could say was 'Sugar' and 'Gooseberry'

xD

My pen pal growing up sent me that book. I remember I really loved that book and I read it in about two days because I couldn't put it down. Loved it.

I should buy another copy, I haven't read it since I was a kid. Thank you for reminding me! :)

We had to read it in my seventh grade English class. At the time I sorta hated it because we had to do a lot of lame assignments along with it, my teacher was very mean, and uh.. yeah. I must have liked something about it though, as I drew a picture of someone from it (I don't remember who), so I might reread it sometime.

Our teacher read it to us in 4th grade. I loved it. I got the book by the same author called Chasing Redbird. I love that one too.

I had to read it for school in the summer. It wasn't really anything special.

I bought the book again! I will read it when I finish the book I am currently reading.

Chasing Redbird sounds familiar too. I felt a little goofy buying the book, on the back it says the reading age is 12-14 or something... I'm 22. Whatever. A good read is a good read. At least I'm reading and not stuck in front of the television for hours.

Thank you again for reminding me of this book :) I really appreciate it.
