I suppose it'd depend on which Ruffie you want first. However, if you get the Spectrum now you'll have 1 pet goal done already! Plus, maybe the Angelic Potion's price will go down when you decide on buying it too.

I'd say save for the Angelic Potion. The Spectrum Potion has more chances to be released and deflate in price. :)

I'd go for spectrum first.

I'm in the same situation, but I've decided to color my other pet instead of save up for the angelic, because the price of the angelic potion could potentially fall. even if it doesn't, i don't think it'll get much higher.
