when i go to joining permissions it wont let me click public i keep doing it but when i go back its not fixed it stays on no joining even though i tried everything i click that change permissions button after i click on public also and nothing works.........no hate thanks

Um there is a glitch with the cults, that has been there for a while actually. When you make a cult private you can't make it public again. You will have to delete it and remake it.
