I'll pay 700k for you to draw my pet Embyrr, and to draw a graveyard darkonite.
That would actually be 2 separate works. So... you could pay 1 mill for both or some other combination. Are there any changes to these 2 pets that makes them different from the original art work done by the subeta artist?

Ok, I can do Embyrr, but I cant the Darkonite if it has no changes. Essentially that would just be me copying work and selling it.

Ive already gone over this in the past. As long as I dont claim the template as my own (and Im not), its not stealing the art. These are just like pet over lays, only done traditionally.

Well, I filed a ticket about it asking if it was alright or not, so I suppose that it'll be cleared up soon, then.
Oh, and also, you might wanna resize the pictures as well, so people can actually USE them as overlays.
Why do people file reports for a traditional art overlay and not a digital overlay? It dosent make sense to me.
These arnt even meant to be FOR anything. Its just art. The buyer can use it for a pet overlay, reference, or what have you. As long as editing credits go to me. I DO NOT CLAIM THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE.

I didn't REPORT you I filed a ticket asking a question to HELP you. It's a simple question that can be cleared up, and people don't normally use traditional art as an overlay anyway. Some might if the colors aren't fuzzy/dull, but otherwise people mostly prefer digital.
