Is there such thing as a Legend HA? If so, what is it all about?

Do you have a context? There's a user named Legend, was it in reference to his Avatar ^_^;

All I can imagine under a 'Legend HA' is the use of a legendary item ^_^;

Maybe it's just using lots of legendary items in one HA? O_o
