When trying to do level 71, no one had a Space Sceptre. If no one has this item and not in trades either, why should it be asked for? Now I will lose after all this work. I will never do this hunt again.

Yep, Chase is a greedy little bastard.

I was reading a thread where on level 75 he asked for an Ether. :x

Imo, they're completely pointless when you get around level 50 or so, because you lose a lot of profit.

Item Hunt isn't the kind of game you can beat in one go. You need lots of luck and quite a lot of sP to finish it.

Sometimes, Chase asks for insanely expensive items like the Ether or the Space Sceptre (which wasn't in the MC for a bit). It makes it all the more challenging and you feel all the more proud once you finally get to level 75. Sorry that you got asked for such a rare item, but good luck if you ever decide to try Item Hunt again? It's good for making quick sP in a few of the later levels, at least.

@ Spring - Not all that pointless if you're hunting for the achievements. Unless you already got them/aren't interested in them, then I get where you're coming from. :P

I was on level 75 and was asked for a Rainyday Rainstorm Necklace. But of course I failed. Just my luck

Currently saving up for my very own

It's just luck if you are able to get the items he asks for on the high levels of this game. Until I have enough sp in the bank, I will try to get the achievement. Till that time, I use it as a 'money' maker.

It's just about luck but in lvl 40/50 you get some sP really quickly, you've got to take a risk sometimes, but's that the point of the game, don't you think so?
