the weather sucks here too. foggy and gray, and looks like it's threatening to rain. we ususally have events all day on a shipyard landing, but I think they might be relocating to an indoor area. Wtf is up with this shitty weather? I can only remember having bright hot sunny day's for Cananda Day!

Oh at least I have the day off from work!!! ❤ I'm going to wear a red shirt and run around town regardless!

I'm gonna be helping my family while they finish packing, and then see them off to the airport. Thrilling, eh?

Maybe I'll try to meet up with my friend later in the evening and catch some fireworks.

We're actually celebrating Canada Day on the 4th (lol), not 'cause it's July 4th, but because we'll be up at our cottage and my family puts on the annual fireworks show for the whole cove. It's tradition :)

Today marks the start of our towns festival, as it does every year. And of course it means time and a half at work. Yay!

Wow. It's great to see that everyone seems to have something going on!

I'm heading off to a party, which I made red and white cupcakes for. After the party wraps up at 6, a few friends and I are heading downtown for another party, then I'm taking some kids to see the fireworks, and ten I'm going to yet ANOTHER party where we plan on staying up until the next morning.
