I opened a ticket on Wednesday about my reading drive trophy, got a fast response, responded with the information I was asked for... and haven't heard anything since. Meanwhile I've seen others open tickets for the same issue and get theirs resolved the same day or the next day. How long should I expect to wait for this? A week? Two weeks? What then? I've never had a ticket before so I don't really know the rules/etiquette of this.

If you were asked to wait it's best to just wait. =) If not, it depends on the individual Staff member, and the complexity of your Ticket. If you are speaking to one of our Department Heads then it will, unfortunately, take longer to get a response than if you were talking to a regular ol' UA, due to their increased workload. Also, all staff are entitled to two days off a week, and you may have gotten them as they were getting their time off. Don't worry, , you'll get a response ASAP. =)

Also, it is best not to respond to the Ticket until you get a response. This is because all Tickets are answered in order they were received/responded to, and there could be dozens of Tickets open for any UA. Thus, every response will increase the amount of time necessary to help you and any other user being helped.

Did you check if the trophy was added? I filled in a Ticket about it too and didn't get an answer either, but the UA did add the trophy for me =)

I put in a ticket too and got the trophy the next day. Just be patient and keep checking to see if it shows up. They might be able to add it but not respond to let you know right away.

Well, I was asked to send screenshots of proof of how many points I had, so I did, and I haven't heard anything since. I just wasn't sure how long I should wait, and if I'm never gotten around to, what I should do about it. (I have a very long history of being ignored/overlooked/forgotten when it comes to things like this, so I like to know ahead of time what the best course of action is if it happens.)

I checked my trophies yesterday and again just now to be sure, and no trophy yet :)
